Hello, my name is Victoria Crockett and I'm a qualified and Registered Nutritional Therapist. I specialise in helping women over 40, reach optimal health and hormone balance.
I love working with women who are ready to make positive healthy changes for the better, through Nutrition and Lifestyle changes.

I commonly hear women tell me that they don't feel themselves anymore, feel tired all the time, struggling with hormone changes, gained weight and struggling to lose weight, unable to concentrate, feeling low, having no time for themselves, living on a treadmill and not knowing what to do or where to turn!

I very much believe in keeping things simple and that each of us deserves to live a healthy, happy and a fulfilling life.

Other areas of interest include digestive complaints, anxiety and depression and weight loss.
Testimonial: "Vicky is brilliant. She talks about the right food to eat to help to balance your hormones and explains how your diet can affect you during menopause. She explains how you are affected if your body is out of balance hormonally. She also really explains detoxification and which foods can help you to detox and improve your immune system" – CL, May 2020
Current Availability: Saturday’s at Bare Health, 34 High Street, Congleton
